    Saus.Guru’s Spring Roll Sauce is inspired by the Thai version traditionally served with fresh, unfried spring rolls. Mainly during spring festivals, hence the name. The ingredients in this sauce are tailored to the fresh and vibrant flavours of the new spring season. A beautiful balance of fresh, sweet flavours with a mild spiciness from the herbs and chilli pepper.

    Saus.Guru’s Spring Roll Sauce contains a carefully selected assortment of herbs and spices, with citrus also added. It is a perfect match for dishes with crisp vegetables, roasted duck (Peking Duck), roasted (suckling) pig and stir-fried prawns. Enjoy it as finger food with, for example, filled Bao Buns, risoles, pastries and, of course, fried spring rolls. Use it for stewing, marinating and stir-frying, as a dip for sushi or drizzled over chicken wings, roast pork or a crisp salad.
